Lead Analyst & Modeller — South Asia

Aman is an energy modeller and leads the South Asia analysis team. He has several years experience of developing open-source models of critical infrastructure systems, as well as applying these tools to real-world problems across the world. Before joining TransitionZero, Aman was an energy and climate policy analyst at Climate Analytics in Berlin. Aman is an Honorary Research Associate in Sustainable Infrastructure Systems at the University of Oxford. He holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the University of Oxford. He was also a visiting researcher at International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA), and his work has been featured in Environmental Research Letters, Applied Energy and The Guardian.
